- The device and, if you want a full post-repair test, its passcode. You can also enter it at pickup.

- Nothing else. We do not need the box, receipt or carrier account.
Can’t get to a store?
Mail-in repair is available for phones and tablets anywhere in the US, and in-home service for computers and networks near either store. Mention it in the form and we will send instructions.
