How does billing work for a business account?
One invoice per job or a monthly statement, your choice. No retainer, no minimum, no monthly fee.
Can you pick devices up from us?
Yes for larger accounts near either store. Scheduled pickups and drop-offs are arranged when the account is set up.
Do you handle Chromebooks and iPads for schools?
Yes. School 1:1 programs are a large share of our business work: screens, keyboards, charging ports and batteries in bulk, with loaners while units are on the bench.
Is there a discount for staff and students?
Yes. Employees of partner businesses and students and staff of partner schools get a discount on personal repairs at either store.
