PhoneFixation is looking for Front Desk Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Twin Falls, Idaho location!
Our team of Cellphone Repair Technicians keeps our customers connected by repairing their mobile devices.
You’ll work inside a retail store and be the voice and face of the in-store operations team, delivering our personalized customer resolution experience.
What will you do?
- Customer service and general office support
- Answer multi-line phone
- Schedule new customer jobs and service calls
- Operate a point of sale system
- Order inventory, create and document return authorizations of equipment
- Data entry of new customer information
- Create invoices and credit returns
- Preparing sales tax reports and other administrative work as assigned
If you’re a good fit for the job, you’ll have:
- 6-months experience with front-office, administrative support
- 6-months face-to-face customer service experience
- Knowledge of phone and point of sale systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
