How Samsung laptops are repaired
Galaxy Book Pro and Ultra models use thin AMOLED screens that are ordered and replaced as lid assemblies. Batteries and SSDs are accessible from the bottom panel. Pro 360 hinges and S Pen input are tested after any screen work. Samsung Chromebooks are common in schools.
Compared with other 2023 models
The Galaxy Book3 Ultra is one of 4 Samsung laptops from 2023 with a page here. Compare the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 (display: 16-inch AMOLED touch, 360-degree hinge; pen: S Pen included), the Galaxy Book3 Pro (display: 14 or 16-inch AMOLED; body: Aluminum, thin), the Galaxy Book3 (display: 15.6-inch LCD; body: Aluminum). Parts are usually not interchangeable between these models even when they look alike, so tell us exactly which one you have when you book.

Questions
Galaxy Book3 Ultra repair FAQ
How much does a Galaxy Book3 Ultra repair cost?
We quote after a free diagnostic and before any work starts, because the price depends on the part. Every repair carries a one-year warranty and our low-price guarantee, and we tell you honestly if a repair is not worth it against the value of the laptop.
How long does a Galaxy Book3 Ultra repair take?
Same day when the part is stocked, and 3 to 5 business days when it is ordered. Board-level work and data recovery take longer; we give you the timeline before we start.
Will I lose my data?
No. Screens, batteries, ports, keyboards and most board work leave your data alone. Drive replacements include cloning your old drive when it is readable, and we tell you first if anything would be lost.
