What to know before a Pixel 10 Pro repair
Same size as the Pixel 10 but a different, higher-resolution panel, so the screens are not interchangeable. The optical fingerprint sensor needs a calibration step after a screen swap, which we do before handing it back.
Screen replacement
The Pixel 10 Pro uses a 6.3-inch OLED display that we replace as a complete assembly with an original-quality panel, so touch, brightness and color match the original. True Tone is preserved by transferring the original sensor data, and Face ID is untouched because its hardware lives in the phone, not the screen.
Back glass
The back of the Pixel 10 Pro is glass. A cracked back is a real repair, not cosmetic, because it lets in moisture and grit; we replace the panel, transfer the camera lens glass and any wireless charging or magnet ring, and reseal.
How it compares
Among the 2025 Pixel line the Pixel 10 Pro has the smallest screen at 6.3 inches. By comparison, the Pixel 10 Pro XL has a 6.8-inch screen; the Pixel 10 has the same body and parts layout; the Pixel 10 Pro Fold has an 8.0-inch screen, a Foldable OLED panel, side-button fingerprint. Battery replacement
The Pixel 10 Pro is still new enough that battery complaints are rare, but heavy chargers and hot cars age cells early. If it drains by mid-afternoon or shuts off with charge showing, we test the cell for free and replace it if it has lost capacity.
Charging port, cameras and buttons
A charging port that only works at an angle is usually lint, and cleaning it is free. A port that is dead or loose is replaced. Cameras, speakers, microphones and buttons are all modular on the Pixel 10 Pro and are replaced the same day when the part is in stock.
Water damage
The Pixel 10 Pro is IP68 rated, which protects it when new but not after a drop opens a gap in the seal. After a swim we open it, clean the board and dry it before testing, and after any screen or back repair we fit fresh adhesive so the seal is restored.
