What to know before a P60 Pro repair

Screen replacement
The P60 Pro uses a 6.67-inch OLED display that we replace as a complete assembly with an original-quality panel, so touch, brightness and color match the original. True Tone is preserved by transferring the original sensor data, and Face ID is untouched because its hardware lives in the phone, not the screen.
Back glass
The back of the P60 Pro is glass. A cracked back is a real repair, not cosmetic, because it lets in moisture and grit; we replace the panel, transfer the camera lens glass and any wireless charging or magnet ring, and reseal.

Water damage
The P60 Pro is IP68 rated, which protects it when new but not after a drop opens a gap in the seal. After a swim we open it, clean the board and dry it before testing, and after any screen or back repair we fit fresh adhesive so the seal is restored.
