Before you come in
What to bring
Bring the phone, tablet or computer and its passcode if you want us to test it fully after the repair; you can also enter it yourself at pickup. For laptops, bring the charger. For phones with a shattered screen, a photo of the damage helps if you are booking ahead so we can pull the right part.
Both stores are in shopping centers with free parking out front. Drop-in repairs are taken in order; booked appointments jump the line and save 15%. Most phone repairs are ready in about 30 minutes, so many customers wait or shop next door.
Two stores, one standard
Twin Falls is our original shop, in the Hastings center on Blue Lakes Boulevard, and serves the Magic Valley: Jerome, Kimberly, Buhl, Filer, Burley and Hailey. Lee’s Summit sits in the Price Chopper center on Blue Parkway and serves the east side of Kansas City: Blue Springs, Raytown, Independence, Grandview and Belton. Both stores carry the same parts stock, the same one-year warranty and the same low-price guarantee.
