Repairing older Cat phones
Cat phones use gasket seals and screws; we replace the seals after any repair so the rating holds. The thermal camera module on the S61 and S62 Pro is a separate part. Screens are thick LCDs under a raised bumper and survive drops well, so batteries and worn port covers are the more common jobs. Parts are ordered.

Screen replacement
Screens for the common older Cat models are in stock at both stores and cost less than current-model screens. We replace the full assembly so touch and brightness match the original, and we transfer any sensors the phone needs.
Battery replacement
On any phone more than two years old the battery is the most common repair. Fast drain, shutdowns in the cold, or a screen lifting at one edge from a swelling cell all mean a new battery. We fit the cell, reseal the phone and check charging before you leave.
Charging port, cameras and water damage
A port that only charges at an angle is usually lint and cleaning is free; a dead port is replaced the same day. Cameras, speakers, microphones and buttons are modular and replaced when the part is in stock. After a spill or a swim, do not charge it: bring it in and we clean the board, dry it and test every function before replacing only what failed.
