Repairing older Xiaomi phones
Redmi and POCO phones from these years are mostly LCD or flat AMOLED with plastic frames and glass or plastic backs, and low or no water ratings, so screens and liquid damage dominate. The Xiaomi flagship line (Mi 10, Mi 11, 12 Pro) uses curved AMOLED panels that cost more and crack at the edges. Batteries on all of them are now at replacement age. Parts are ordered from import suppliers.

Screen replacement
Screens for the common older Xiaomi models are in stock at both stores and cost less than current-model screens. We replace the full assembly so touch and brightness match the original, and we transfer any sensors the phone needs.
Battery replacement
On any phone more than two years old the battery is the most common repair. Fast drain, shutdowns in the cold, or a screen lifting at one edge from a swelling cell all mean a new battery. We fit the cell, reseal the phone and check charging before you leave.
Charging port, cameras and water damage
A port that only charges at an angle is usually lint and cleaning is free; a dead port is replaced the same day. Cameras, speakers, microphones and buttons are modular and replaced when the part is in stock. After a spill or a swim, do not charge it: bring it in and we clean the board, dry it and test every function before replacing only what failed.
