How Reolink security systems are repaired
Reolink PoE systems are wired, so cable and connector faults are the common failure: corroded RJ45 ends and water in junction boxes. We reterminate and seal. NVR hard drives fail and are replaced with surveillance-rated drives. Battery and solar cameras get battery replacement.
Compared with other 2024 models
The Reolink Altas PT Ultra is one of 4 Reolink security systems from 2024 with a page here. Compare the Reolink Argus 4 Pro (lenses: Dual, 180-degree), the Reolink Duo 3 PoE (type: PoE camera; lenses: Dual, 16MP), the Reolink Duo 3 WiFi (type: Wi-Fi camera; lenses: Dual, 16MP). Parts are usually not interchangeable between these models even when they look alike, so tell us exactly which one you have when you book.

Questions
Reolink Altas PT Ultra repair FAQ
How much does a Reolink Altas PT Ultra repair cost?
We quote after a free diagnostic and before any work starts, because the price depends on the part. Every repair carries a one-year warranty and our low-price guarantee, and we tell you honestly if a repair is not worth it against the value of the security camera.
How long does a Reolink Altas PT Ultra repair take?
Same day when the part is stocked, and 3 to 5 business days when it is ordered. Board-level work and data recovery take longer; we give you the timeline before we start.
Will I lose my data?
No. Screens, batteries, ports, keyboards and most board work leave your data alone. Drive replacements include cloning your old drive when it is readable, and we tell you first if anything would be lost.
